Regional Council Coastal Plans are important documents that outline how coastal areas should be managed. They cover a range of important topics that influence management and development along the coastline and aquaculture, water quality, and biosecurity. In recent years, we’ve also seen provisions being made for protection and restoration activities in Coastal Plans.
